Terms of service
We sell a downloadable French vocabulary PDF. Price is displayed in USD and payable in Solana-mainnet USDC. Wallet/network fees are additional and are disclosed by the wallet before approval. No recurring subscription is charged. The PDF is licensed for personal use on your devices and personal printing; redistribution, resale, or public uploading is not permitted. The book provides written vocabulary guidance, not a guarantee of fluency or accredited lessons.
Access is granted only when our server independently confirms a finalized blockchain transfer of the correct token and amount against your order reference. An irreversible blockchain transfer alone is not proof of account entitlement. You must provide accurate account information and protect your password. We may temporarily pause checkout for technical or security reasons.
Refund and delivery policy
Digital delivery is through My Library immediately after verified finality, provided the service is operating. If your payment is not detected, or you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your order ID and public transaction signature. Never send us a seed phrase or private key. Refunds are reviewed individually and subject to non-waivable consumer rights and applicable local law; we do not promise that digital purchases are universally non-refundable. Approved crypto refunds are sent to a verified destination after checks, and network fees and conversion differences may apply if law permits. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed automatically.
Privacy policy
We process your account name, email address, password hash, login timestamps, transaction reference and public transaction signature for account management, fraud prevention, sales accounting and delivery. Checkout uses the email on your account; a phone number is not required. Your public wallet transaction is visible on the Solana blockchain and cannot be deleted from it. Solana RPC infrastructure receives blockchain lookup requests; your wallet provider processes payment information according to its own privacy policy.
We keep order records for accounting, legitimate disputes and legal duties and delete or anonymize other data when no longer needed. Authorized administrators can access records to support orders. Contact Ahmad_hillany_321@hotmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. You can submit a deletion request in My Library. If records must legally be retained, we will explain that limitation. We do not sell personal data or deploy advertising tracking in this build.
Cookie policy and choices
An essential, HttpOnly session cookie is used for sign-in and form protection; it cannot be disabled while using account features. Your cookie notice acknowledgement is saved in your browser's local storage. No optional analytics or advertising cookies are active in this build. Future analytics must not run without valid consent. Use to update your choice.
Children and age
This shop is not designed to collect personal information from children under the age applicable to online consent in their location. Users below that threshold must not create an account without the required parent or guardian authorization. Parents can contact support to request deletion of a child's data.
